Chatbox Issues???
Is anyone having a problem viewing the chatbox?
One of our members can not see the chatbox and I can not figure out why.
Please let me know.

No, they are logged in. I even logged in as them, and also could not see the chatbox. I have no clue why...

Is there an option to turn off the chatbox that they may have accidentily activated?

Whats the users name? I noticed that a few of the user groups don't have access to it..
