I suspect Harrell's contract will look more like #14 last year Brod Bunkleys. Basically a 6 year contract worth $13 million with $10 million gauranteed. Liek Bunkley's I suspect that contract could include esclators that would allow it to enflate to $15 to $20 million with games played and performance.

well now that I see the Rams Adam Carricker's deal at #13 (5 years $14, $9 up front) I really think Harrell is looking at about 13 but now with less up front probably)
thank you StL

Packers sign Swedish center
One Sweden native already in tow, the Packers have added a second, announcing Friday they've signed center C.J. Blomvall.
Blomvall, 27, played two seasons at Temple University and spent the past two springs with the Hamburg Sea Devils of now-defunct NFL Europa. He's 6-foot-2 and weighs 326 pounds -- the most of any player on the roster and extremely heavy for a center in the Packers' zone-blocking scheme.
He'll be joined in camp by linebacker Carl-Johan Bjork, who will be on the Packers' practice squad all season as part of the NFL International Development Practice Squad program.

I saw the Blommvall signing and thought are they moving him to tackle?
Odd to see a man that big again, cannot hurt though for him to get in and get some action if only to have the DT have to face a man that big

they need a TE or they are dead. Favre 4 picks today in practice...flying back to mississippi...wife's stepfather passed away. Brandon Jackson dropped two easy ones today. James Jones has been the stud so far catching everything in coverage and beating Dendy deep. Dendy is working as the #1 nickel back. Blackmon has been having it rough. Woodson has been having personal isssues on the sidelines with McCarthy. Harrell finally gets off the snide and beats a street free agent at one on one drills.

I worry about Favre, I understand he and Deanna's step dad were very close and grew even closer since the passing of his own father.
I figure he will be alright ont he field but emotionally his arse has been just kicked the last 4 years or so. No wonder he keeps playing it is about his only source of happiness.
Driver's shoulder is a concern but I also think it is being over protective too. Being on the PuP for Driver allows him rest but it more importantly allows Jones, Clowney, and Jennings lots of reps. It also offers Ferguson the chance to step up or step out.
The tight end thing is a problem. I know the Packers wanted Courtney Anderson and have to be disappointed Miami claimed him. Now that Humphrey has broken his leg and Alcorn is suffering the stinger the packers are only 3 deep. Harris has had a horrible time with conditioning and the idea was to give Franks a lot of time off in camp to rest him for the season. Hopefully some more veterans will find themselves priced out somewhere else.
My biggest worry is Woodson. Refusing to have surgery and coming back saying your 100% is great but a shoulder is a hard thing to keep well. McCarthy and Strock need to be punched every time Woodson fields a punt. They need him at CB and the risk is too high for him to be doing punt work.
The RB things is ugly too; one day of practice and Morency has a bruised knee, WYnn has a stomach virus, Jackson is exposed in pass protection, and Pope looks the best? The packers might need to decide who can stay healthy early. If Morency cannot be the primary back this year something will have to be done. They cannot risk the season on Brandon Jackson being able to go from cannot block a butterfly to holding up against an Urlacher blitz.
