Default Week 8 Preview

All right guys, can you name the only NFL team who hasn't allowed a rushing touchdown?

I need a QB this week since Brooks is on a bye and Delhomme in Seattle looks rather bleak (Seattle has a very nice secondary).

Warner (@ Min) and Bledsoe (home versus Ari) are the two top prospects that are available. Keep in mind, this is predominately a scoring league - points for yards are only awarded at the 300+ yard passing mark?

I'm thinking the Bills defense will keep the Cardinals from doing much damage, and I'm also thinking the Bills ground game may finally come out of its shell. If the Bills were playing an opponent with a better offense, I'd like Bledsoe more than I do now.

Warner faces a Vikings defense that's more or less average. I'm thinking the Vikings get their share of points, forcing Warner to air it out more than Coughlin likes.

The team that hasn't allowed a rushing touchdown is the mighty Arizona Cardinals! Somehow I see that streak ending in a big way against the Bills.

Thats easy your Cards...

As for QB... Ewweeee... Stay away from Frankenbledsoe. He has just lost it. I would start Warner, but expect a pick or two from an agressive Min. secondary, also Toomer is nursing a Hamstring injury.

agreed. go with warner. bledsoe is ever so scary, and arizona's d is really clicking on all cylinders right now.

i have the same dilemma almost. i have hasselbeck and eli manning (he was going to be my keeper for next year). i'm thinking about dropping him and grabbing warner for the next week or two. something about matty's injury kinda disturbs me, so i'm being cautionary.

decisions, decisions....

I side with the consensus. I just dropped Bledsoe. Warner goes against a weaker Vike D.
