Bengals News
When it rains it pours. I might just fire Marvin Lewis because everyone on the team is in trouble this off-season. It is crazy. Even in the whitehouse days of the Cowboys was it this bad... Well I take that back.. it was pretty bad back then... Thinking about Erick Williams, Michael Irvin and the rest.. but still...

Marvin Lewis covets thugs he did in Baltimore, he did in Washington, and he does in Cinncy. If you empower thugs with fame and money then they will only get themselves into trouble.
I know that a lot of thugs are the best possible athlete but I also know there is nothing a idiot like Odell Thurman can do that AJ Hawk cannot except get arrested so why take the chance.
CHARACTER not CHARACTERS is what Lewis does not understand.

Bengals guard Eric Steinbach was arrested and charged with boating under the influence on the Ohio River, becoming the fifth Cincinnati player in three months accused of breaking the law.
WTF is going on in Bengal land? Are they all a bunch of bozos? Don't answer that Tim!

Shannon Sharpe tells it like it is about the AFC Black and Blue division, come strong or go home. For years players have been gettign smacked int he mouth by Pittsburgh tough guys like ALan Faneca or Baltimore enforcers like Ray Lewis and today is no different to suceed you better be tough. Veteran of those beatings Shannon Sharpe does not thing the Bengals can stand up to it.
